These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the MVP Research referral partner program and form part of our Terms of Service. Commission rates and windows stated here mirror the program page and may be changed on notice.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment
You must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to enter a contract, and have a verified account. Approval is at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. One partner account per person or entity; duplicate accounts created to claim commission on your own orders will be closed and unpaid balances forfeited.
2. Referral Links and Attribution
On approval you receive a unique referral code and link. Attribution runs on a 30-day window from the referred visitor's first click, on a last-click basis. Attribution depends on the visitor allowing cookies and completing the order in the same browser. We do not attribute orders where tracking was blocked, stripped or overwritten, and we do not reconstruct attribution retroactively.
3. Commission
Commission is calculated on the merchandise subtotal only, after discounts and before shipping, taxes and fees.

20% on the first order placed by a researcher you refer.

10% on every subsequent order from that account, for the lifetime of the account.
▪
Commission accrues when the order is delivered, not when it is placed.
4. Orders That Do Not Qualify
No commission is earned on the following.
▪
Your own orders, or orders paid for by you on behalf of another person.
▪
Orders cancelled, refunded, charged back or replaced under our shipment protection.
▪
Orders where the referred account already existed before your referral.
▪
Orders placed with a code obtained from a coupon aggregator rather than your own link.
▪
Orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or placed to manipulate commission.
5. Payment
Balances are paid monthly, starting on the 1st for the previous month of delivered orders, by bank deposit. The minimum payout is $1. Unpaid balances remain in your account until the minimum is reached. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details; we are not liable for funds sent to details you supplied incorrectly.
6. Clawbacks
If an order is refunded, charged back or replaced after commission has accrued, the corresponding amount is deducted from your next payout. If your balance is insufficient, the amount carries forward. Repeated clawbacks arising from a single referral source may lead to review or removal from the program.
7. How You May Promote
You may share your link directly with colleagues, laboratories and research teams, and on channels you own such as a website, newsletter or professional profile. All promotion must be accurate, must describe the products as research chemicals for laboratory use, and must be consistent with our Disclaimer and Research Use Only policy.
8. Required Disclosure
YOU MUST CLEARLY AND CONSPICUOUSLY DISCLOSE YOUR MATERIAL CONNECTION TO MVP RESEARCH WHEREVER YOU PROMOTE, AS REQUIRED BY THE FTC ENDORSEMENT GUIDES (16 CFR PART 255). A DISCLOSURE MUST APPEAR BEFORE OR ALONGSIDE THE REFERRAL LINK, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE, AND MUST NOT BE HIDDEN BEHIND A CLICK, PLACED ONLY IN A BIO, OR BURIED IN HASHTAGS. FAILURE TO DISCLOSE IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL AND FORFEITURE OF UNPAID COMMISSION.
9. Prohibited Promotion
The following will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

Any claim that a product prevents, treats, cures or mitigates a disease or condition.
▪
Any suggestion that a product is safe or suitable for human or veterinary use, including dosing, protocols, before-and-after imagery or personal-use testimonials.
▪
Unsolicited bulk email, SMS or direct messaging, or any promotion that violates the CAN-SPAM Act or TCPA.
▪
Bidding on our brand terms or misspellings in paid search, or running ads that imply you are MVP Research.
▪
Registering domains, social handles or app names that incorporate our brand.
▪
Posting our codes to coupon aggregators, cashback sites or deal forums.
▪
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects or any automated traffic.
▪
Promotion on sites containing unlawful, adult, hateful or infringing content.
10. Brand Use
We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our name and logo solely to promote your referral link, in unaltered form. You may not modify the marks, imply endorsement of your own products or services, or register anything confusingly similar. The licence ends when your participation ends.
11. Independent Contractor
You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship, and you have no authority to make representations, accept orders or incur obligations on our behalf.
12. Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes on commission you receive. United States partners must provide a valid Form W-9 before the first payout, and we issue Form 1099 where required by law. Partners outside the United States must provide a valid Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E. Payouts may be withheld until valid tax documentation is on file.
13. Term, Suspension and Termination
Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason, on written notice. We may suspend an account immediately where we suspect a breach of these Terms and hold payouts pending review. On termination your link stops attributing new orders; commission already accrued on delivered orders is paid at the next cycle unless the termination was for breach, in which case unpaid balances may be forfeited.
14. Changes to the Program
We may change commission rates, the attribution window, qualifying criteria or any other term. Changes take effect when posted and apply to orders attributed after that date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
15. Disclaimer and Liability
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY LEVEL OF TRAFFIC, CONVERSION OR EARNINGS, AND ANY FIGURES SHOWN ON THE PROGRAM PAGE ARE ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE COMMISSION PAID TO YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
16. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions of our Terms of Service apply in full.

Work out the concentration of a reconstituted lyophilized peptide and the volume of solution that contains a given amount. Concentration in mg/mL is numerically the same as µg/µL, which makes small aliquots easy to plan.

How the calculation works
Concentration is the mass of peptide divided by the volume of diluent: C (mg/mL) = mass (mg) ÷ volume (mL). Because 1 mg/mL equals 1 µg/µL, the volume that contains a target amount is simply the target in micrograms divided by the concentration: V (µL) = target (µg) ÷ C (mg/mL). The number of whole aliquots is the total mass in micrograms divided by the target, rounded down.
Worked example
A vial containing 10 mg of lyophilized peptide is reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. The concentration is 10 ÷ 2 = 5 mg/mL, which is 5 µg/µL. An aliquot of 250 µg therefore needs 250 ÷ 5 = 50 µL of solution, and the vial yields 10,000 ÷ 250 = 40 aliquots.
Accuracy notes for the lab

The label states the gross fill. Net peptide content, the actual peptide after counter-ions and residual water, is usually lower. Use the net peptide value from the Certificate of Analysis when exact molar amounts matter.
▪
Pipette the diluent with a calibrated pipette rather than estimating from vial graduations, and let the cake dissolve fully before drawing an aliquot.
▪
Choose a volume that gives an easy-to-measure concentration. Very small aliquot volumes amplify pipetting error.
