This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed on mvpresearchlabs.com are processed, shipped and tracked. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day typically ship the same day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day. Orders may be held for verification where the billing and shipping details do not match or where additional eligibility confirmation is required.
2. Delivery Methods and Rates
Three delivery methods are offered at checkout.

Secured Shipping, 1 to 3 business days. Discreet, tracked and insured delivery for $20 to $25 depending on destination and package weight. The exact rate is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Overnight, $35. Next business day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM EST, tracked end to end. Not available to all destinations.
▪
CEO Shipping, $1,000. Hand delivery inside the Los Angeles area within 2 hours of order confirmation, including printed handling guides, a reconstitution walkthrough and a one-to-one session covering laboratory handling of the compounds ordered. Availability is confirmed per order and is subject to scheduling and location. This service does not include and must not be construed as medical, clinical or dosing advice, and the Research Use Only restriction in our Disclaimer applies in full.
3. Free Shipping Threshold
Secured Shipping is provided at no charge on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more, before taxes and after any discounts. The free shipping benefit applies to the Secured Shipping tier only. Overnight and CEO Shipping are charged at their stated rates regardless of order value. If items are removed from an order and the subtotal falls below the threshold, the shipping charge is reinstated.
4. Shipment Protection
Every order includes shipment protection at no additional cost. If a package is confirmed lost, damaged or stolen in transit, we will arrange a replacement or store credit as described in our Returns and Refund Policy. Shipment protection is a service we provide voluntarily; it is not insurance, it does not transfer risk of loss back to us, and it is subject to the claim windows and evidence requirements in that policy.
5. Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours for carrier scans to appear. If tracking has not updated for five consecutive business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
7. Packaging and Discretion
Orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product names or company markings on the exterior. Contents are protected against normal transit handling. The shipping label carries only the information the carrier requires.
8. Cold-Chain and Storage on Arrival
Temperature-sensitive compounds ship with appropriate insulation and, where required, a cold pack. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit. On arrival, store every product as indicated on its label, without delay. We are not responsible for degradation caused by a package left unattended after delivery.
9. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes can be accepted only before an order enters processing. Packages returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping charge, and a reshipment charge applies. Where an address error causes a total loss, no refund or replacement is available.
10. Delivery Areas and Restricted Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United States and to selected international destinations. We do not ship to any jurisdiction where the sale, import or possession of a given product is restricted or prohibited, and we may cancel and refund any order for such a destination. We do not deliver to certain forwarding services, and we may decline orders that show characteristics of resale for human use.
11. International Orders, Duties and Customs
International recipients are the importer of record and are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees and customs clearance, and for confirming that the products may lawfully be imported. Customs may open, delay, seize or destroy shipments at its discretion. Packages seized or refused by customs are not eligible for refund or replacement. Estimated international transit is 7 to 14 business days and is not guaranteed.
12. Split Shipments and Backorders
Where part of an order is unavailable, we may ship the available items first and send the remainder when in stock, at no additional shipping cost to you. We will notify you if any item is expected to be delayed by more than five business days, and you may cancel the backordered portion for a refund.

Work out the concentration of a reconstituted lyophilized peptide and the volume of solution that contains a given amount. Concentration in mg/mL is numerically the same as µg/µL, which makes small aliquots easy to plan.

How the calculation works
Concentration is the mass of peptide divided by the volume of diluent: C (mg/mL) = mass (mg) ÷ volume (mL). Because 1 mg/mL equals 1 µg/µL, the volume that contains a target amount is simply the target in micrograms divided by the concentration: V (µL) = target (µg) ÷ C (mg/mL). The number of whole aliquots is the total mass in micrograms divided by the target, rounded down.
Worked example
A vial containing 10 mg of lyophilized peptide is reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. The concentration is 10 ÷ 2 = 5 mg/mL, which is 5 µg/µL. An aliquot of 250 µg therefore needs 250 ÷ 5 = 50 µL of solution, and the vial yields 10,000 ÷ 250 = 40 aliquots.
Accuracy notes for the lab

The label states the gross fill. Net peptide content, the actual peptide after counter-ions and residual water, is usually lower. Use the net peptide value from the Certificate of Analysis when exact molar amounts matter.

Pipette the diluent with a calibrated pipette rather than estimating from vial graduations, and let the cake dissolve fully before drawing an aliquot.
▪
Choose a volume that gives an easy-to-measure concentration. Very small aliquot volumes amplify pipetting error.
