2. What Research Use Means Here
Research use means use by qualified personnel, in a laboratory or comparable controlled setting, for in-vitro work, analytical method development, reference standards, or similar scientific purposes. It does not include administration to a person or animal under any circumstances, in any quantity, by any route, whether by you or by anyone you supply.
3. Who May Purchase
Purchasing is limited to the following.

Individuals at least 21 years of age with the legal capacity to contract.
▪
Qualified researchers, or persons purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, university, research institute or comparable entity.
▪
Purchasers whose jurisdiction permits the lawful receipt and possession of the products ordered.
4. What You Confirm When You Order
Verification at entry and confirmation at checkout are contractual representations, not formalities. By ordering you represent that you are a qualified researcher, that you are purchasing for lawful in-vitro or laboratory research, and that you will not administer the products to any human or animal or supply them to anyone who will. We are entitled to rely on those representations.
5. Prohibited Uses
The following are prohibited and void every warranty attaching to the sale.

6. No Dosing or Protocol Guidance
Reconstitution instructions, concentration tables and handling guides supplied with an order are laboratory preparation references only. They are not dosing instructions and must not be treated as such. Our support team can answer questions about purity, documentation, storage and shipping. They cannot and will not advise on administration, protocols or quantities for human or animal use, and a request of that kind will be declined.
7. Handling, Storage and Disposal
Research chemicals are inherently hazardous. You are responsible for appropriate protective equipment, for storing products as indicated on the label, for transporting them safely, and for disposing of them in accordance with applicable waste regulations. You assume all risk associated with receipt, handling, storage, use and disposal.
8. Regulatory Status

10. How We Enforce This
We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, and suspend or close any account, where we have reason to believe the products are intended for human or veterinary use or for onward supply for that purpose. Indicators include requests for dosing guidance, references to personal use, delivery patterns consistent with resale for consumption, and marketing by a referral partner that implies human use. We are not obliged to explain a refusal, and a refused order is refunded in full.
11. Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of anyone representing our products as suitable for human or veterinary use, including a referral partner or reseller, report it to support@mvpresearchlabs.com. We investigate every report and remove partners who breach this policy.
12. Relationship to Our Other Terms
This policy sits alongside our Disclaimer, which carries the full FDA notice, and our Terms of Service, whose disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability and indemnity provisions apply in full to any breach of this policy. Work out the concentration of a reconstituted lyophilized peptide and the volume of solution that contains a given amount. Concentration in mg/mL is numerically the same as µg/µL, which makes small aliquots easy to plan.

How the calculation works
Concentration is the mass of peptide divided by the volume of diluent: C (mg/mL) = mass (mg) ÷ volume (mL). Because 1 mg/mL equals 1 µg/µL, the volume that contains a target amount is simply the target in micrograms divided by the concentration: V (µL) = target (µg) ÷ C (mg/mL). The number of whole aliquots is the total mass in micrograms divided by the target, rounded down.
Worked example
A vial containing 10 mg of lyophilized peptide is reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. The concentration is 10 ÷ 2 = 5 mg/mL, which is 5 µg/µL. An aliquot of 250 µg therefore needs 250 ÷ 5 = 50 µL of solution, and the vial yields 10,000 ÷ 250 = 40 aliquots.
Accuracy notes for the lab

The label states the gross fill. Net peptide content, the actual peptide after counter-ions and residual water, is usually lower. Use the net peptide value from the Certificate of Analysis when exact molar amounts matter.
▪
Pipette the diluent with a calibrated pipette rather than estimating from vial graduations, and let the cake dissolve fully before drawing an aliquot.
▪
Choose a volume that gives an easy-to-measure concentration. Very small aliquot volumes amplify pipetting error.
